Purpose of the Role
To plan and manage the delivery of a variety of global retail projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, to the required quality and within the cost parameters that achieve the required profit margins. Support with client communication, workload, site supervision, operational improvements, process, technical design approval, supplier relationships, and procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
To act as a point of contact to existing and new clients, supporting them with new and existing project related opportunities.
Build internal relationships and collaborate as part of a wider team of creative designers, project managers, and technical designers.
Oversee the quotation and tender process to achieve project budget requirements and monitor margins accordingly.
Create and manage project documentation as required, including SOW, programmes, RAMS, drawings, and completion documents.
Maintain regular and clear communication lines with suppliers and contractors during the manufacture and delivery process.
Review and Manage quality in manufacturing plants / supplier production facilities and validates blanket order and production status.
Ensures that the management information portal is updated in a timely manner and to the required level of detail.
Supports and co-ordinates our health and safety goals and objectives within the requirements of the project.
Organizes and manage the co-ordination of the supply chain across all projects
Manages and co-ordinates project related SLA’s and KPI’s
Responsible for regular and accurate reporting.

Education, Qualifications and Experience:
Background in project management, construction, and retail premises an advantage.
Expert in reading, understanding, and annotating architectural and technical drawings.
Experience working for, or in retail brands, a distinct advantage.
Experience of managing contractors and suppliers on and off site.
Ability to manage projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
Experienced in procurement and budgeting.
