Principle Global Appoints Andy Dykstra as Group Chief Executive Officer

Principle announced today the appointment of Andy Dykstra as Group Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued evolution as a fully integrated global brand implementation partner.
In his new role, Dykstra will assume responsibility for Principle’s UK, MENA, and APAC markets while continuing to lead the Americas business. The appointment strengthens global alignment across the organization and supports Principle’s strategy to operate as one Principle—delivering consistent, high‑performing brand experiences for regional and global clients. Dykstra brings extensive industry experience and a proven track record of growth, operational excellence, and team leadership. Under his leadership in the Americas, Principle has accelerated performance while reinforcing its commitment to a higher standard of execution and client impact.
Founder and Chairman Richard Butterfield expressed strong confidence in the appointment:
