We are delighted to announce our Chief Executive Officer, Victoria Woodings is running the London Marathon on Sunday 26th April.

After applying to participate for several years, running the London Marathon is a personal ambition for Victoria, and is also an inspirational effort to raise funds for breast cancer charity Future Dreams and Prostate Cancer UK.

Victoria commented: "Running the London Marathon is something that I have wanted to challenge myself to do for several years and now I can't wait for the big day! Training is well underway, running on dark cold mornings and rainy evenings to get the miles in. The charities I have chosen to support mean a lot to people close to me, people I admire and give me strength to work hard and have a passion for loving life."

Future Dreams
Future Dreams is a specialist charity focusing on secondary breast cancer. To date, Future Dreams have raised over £6.3m pledging funds to achieve their three aims - support, awareness and research.

In 2019, Future Dreams received planning approval to open Future Dreams House, which will be a centre where families can receive free, personalised support to tackle the emotional and physical side-effect of a breast cancer diagnosis.

Prostate Cancer UK
Founded in 1996, Prostate Cancer UK was the first national charity to specialise in the research and treatment for prostate cancer in the UK.

Throughout the last 20 years, Prostate Cancer UK has invested over £37m to find treatments and tests that can identify fast-growing cancers early, which can be used in a screening programme to save thousands of lives.
