Urgent Brand Launch for Chrysler Fiat
Trialing a new brand in South Korea for Chrysler Fiat Asia Pacific.
Working to tight deadlines to match the launch of the first Indian manufactured Jeep Compass, Principle worked closely with FCA to develop and then implement new branded exterior signs and showroom furniture.
Over 60 showrooms were rebranded in a 2-month period, which required strong project management skills and a flexible production supply chain.
The overall programme and each site was tracked using Principle Connect, to bring real time information and accuracy of forecasting.
