Flagship store redesign for global hospitality and retail brand

Working in partnership with EXA, Principle helped to deliver an exciting new retail concept for Hard Rock Cafe at their store in Piccadilly Circus, London.

The flagship store is the first to showcase Hard Rock Cafe’s new design and is the biggest of its kind in the world. Regular communication with Hard Rock Cafe was key to the delivery of the project, as the Principle team developed and brought the brief to life, to deliver a compelling customer experience.

Dubbed the ‘rock shop,’ Hard Rock Cafe’s new retail concept transforms the spacious store into a modern, easy to navigate retail space, which boasts eye-catching lighting, creative signage and dedicated ‘photo op’ areas.

The flagship store is the first to showcase Hard Rock Cafe’s new design and is the biggest of its kind in the world.
