Brand Implementation Across a Franchise Network for Boost

Principle has worked with Boost to set the strategy, management processes, development of components and implementation for their franchised network of 6,000 sites.

Boost engaged Principle after searching for a strategic partner who could offer a turn key, comprehensive approach to take them from research and design, through to management and implementation.

Principle’s unique positioning, along with our skilled team members and digital assets, perfectly positioned us ahead of anyone else, to work closely with Boost and deliver their board led initiatives.

Part of the brief was to work with the Boost team to first design and build an 'innovation lab', to ensure the customer experience was fit for purpose before the large scale roll out. Now we work with the brand centrally, and each individual franchisee on every step of the process, including surveys, design schemes and implementation.

All management reporting on progress against objectives is presented to the central client by Principle’s project management team. In addition to the initial scope of work, we have also supported the brand on new initiatives such as event pop ups, mall kiosks, high security formats, and co-branded service offerings.

Principle recently attended Boost’s National Sales Convention where we communicated our approach to over 700 regional sales executives.
