Principle delivered a global brand implementation programme across 150 sites, 24 countries, 6 continents for Willis Towers Watson.

The merger of Towers Perrin and Watson Wyatt Worldwide created the world’s largest employee benefits consulting firm. Principle were the natural partner to facilitate a global brand implementation project that was required as a result.

Appointed to plan and manage the external signage installation at 150 sites over 24 countries, we provided a centralised resource to manage all the information regarding the launch of the new brand, monitor quality control, and ensure that brand standards were met consistently around the world.

Fully executed in 8 months, the full global estate was newly branded as Towers Watson.
