RBS

When RBS, the Royal Bank of Scotland, decided to refit all its branches with new security counters, they wanted maximum protection for their staff, but minimum disruption for their business.

We came up with a fully modular range of open counters - so flexible they could work in any branch layout in any of RBS's brands. They were also ballistic-rated, not even a .44 magnum would get through them.

In the first rollout we implemented 600 counters into 150 branches throughout the UK - all on time. Equally importantly, the modular design reduced branch refits from four days to two - a massive saving.

Now we're working with RBS to install a new generation of innovative branded counters, supporting Plug/Play.
