Becoming more compliant with laws and regulations means that Lymedale Business Centre required a fire rated screen and single door set as an extension that would provide a link and fire exit between two buildings. Which not only added to the safety of the building but would blend in with the current system.

Principle was able to supply full design drawings, and installation for both glazed steel curtain wall and fully welded door set. These had external mechanically fixed steel curtain walling system, incorporating a fully welded single action door set. Each were finished with a powder coat finish, and were fire rated to 30 minutes integrity, in both double glazed units and solid panels.
