Principle have been working with leading fitness company JJB for some years providing security and fire protection to their internal leisure and retail areas, Principle were commissioned to develop and implement fully glazed fire screens This included a full site survey and preparation of full engineering drawings for all elements which included fully welded screens and double door sets specifically designed to enable use of their own preferred semi-circular pull handles while meeting the desired local building control and fire officer’s regulations.

We produced an internal system of welded architectural polyester powder coated steel, incorporating fully glazed screens and a double action double door set with fixed side panels, ensuring 60 minute integrity against flame and toxic smoke and a 30 minute insulation against radiated heat. Working along side JJB specified contractors, we manufactured and implemented on site works all within the project time frame.
