As a diverse, multi-cultural, global company, we recognise that sustainability requires long-term commitment and collective responsibility, from an economic, environmental and social aspect.
We are continually adapting and flexing as our environment changes; whether we are reducing our resources through intelligent design, using greener materials or maximising recyclability.
ISO 14001 focussed our minds on raising awareness of life cycle assessment throughout our workforce. With better informed teams and collaborative creativity we are making changes that matter.
We have recently joined the Certified Emissions Management and Reduction Scheme (CEMARS) via Achilles and will be using energy and travel data from 2016 in order to benchmark Principle’s CO2 and other Green House Gas (GHG) emissions, and from this we will produce and publish a 5-year emissions reduction plan.
